About the Role

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory, market segment, and/or supplier brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability in assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, competitive activity, and payment performances of all accounts in assigned territory
  • Participate in sales projects, account evaluations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related activities
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline preferred
  • Ability to maintain a valid and current driver's license
  • Working knowledge and proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems
  • Goal-oriented focused, assertive individual with excellent verbal communications skills
  • Ability to travel is required
