About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at EBlock. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand our presence in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
