Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at ULTRAMAR ON THE RUN GAS STATION. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our gas station, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in operations management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and initiative
  • Team player with excellent organizational skills
