We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. in Milton, ON, Canada.

About the Role:

As a Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer, you will be responsible for providing support and training to new and existing customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS). You will lead virtual training sessions, assist customers with online and phone support, and travel to customer sites throughout North America to provide on-site training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and develop an understanding of the PBS software and its various modules
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to customers on the use of the PBS software
  • Provide excellent support to customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored training solutions
  • Travel to customer sites throughout North America to provide on-site training and support
  • Collaborate with the DTO team to ensure seamless delivery of training and support services

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or PBS
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
