We are seeking an exceptional Employer Relations Officer to join our team at CPA Ontario.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape student success and empower Canada's future CPAs.


Key Responsibilities

Assessing CPA students' practical experience reports against established criteria, ensuring compliance and offering constructive feedback.

Facilitating impactful advisement sessions as required to guide students toward their professional goals.

Building and maintaining relationships with employers ensuring a mutually beneficial training experience for students and organizations.


Requirements
  • An experienced CPA leader, post-secondary graduate and CPA member with over 3 years of impactful experience in both public accounting and corporate environments.
  • Well-versed in practical experience standards and adept at utilizing PERT to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Dynamically communicate and build relationships with exceptional verbal and written skills.
  • Digitally fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, leveraging these tools to streamline operations and enhance project outcomes.
