Job Overview
Courage Inc is seeking an experienced Talent + Traffic Manager to lead our business affairs, talent management, versioning and media trafficking, regulatory liaison, production liaison and finance liaison initiatives. About the Role
The Talent + Traffic Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of talent and traffic management, including negotiating contracts, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between teams. They will also oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate talent management activities, including contract negotiations, scheduling, and communication
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including talent agents, production companies, and other industry professionals
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in talent or traffic management
* Strong understanding of business affairs, talent management, and media trafficking principles
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
