About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Buyer's Agent to join our team at The Bagga Team with Royal LePage Magna. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, guiding them through the home buying process, and ensuring a seamless transaction from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Meet with potential buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
  • Property Search: Conduct thorough property searches to identify homes that match the client's criteria, utilizing MLS listings and other resources to ensure the best possible results.
  • Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information about each property's features and value, and ensuring that clients are well-informed and satisfied.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms and conditions, including price, contingencies, and closing timelines, ensuring that clients receive the best possible outcome.
  • Due Diligence: Guide buyers through the due diligence process, coordinating inspections, appraisals, and financing arrangements to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to relevant real estate laws, regulations, and contractual obligations, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Documentation: Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation for each transaction, including contracts and addenda, ensuring that all necessary information is readily available.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their purchase and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Financial Guidance: Connect buyers with mortgage professionals and provide guidance on securing financing and mortgage pre-approval, ensuring that clients have access to the best possible financial options.
  • Market Expertise: Stay updated on market conditions, local neighborhoods, and emerging real estate trends to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported throughout the process.
  • Networking: Cultivate relationships with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, to facilitate smooth transactions and ensure that clients receive the best possible service.
  • Goal Achievement: Set and track sales goals, aiming to meet or exceed targets within specified timeframes, and contributing to the growth and success of The Bagga Team with Royal LePage Magna.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must hold a valid real estate license issued by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).
  • Skills and Qualities: Superb interpersonal and communication skills, a proven track record of real estate success, and a demonstrated understanding of Alberta's real estate market trends, property values, and local regulations.
  • Personal Qualities: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, meeting client needs, and adhering to the highest ethical standards and industry regulations.
