Key Responsibilities- Coordinate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve desired outcomes
- Provide clients with valuable insights into the local housing market
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their needs for a home
- Ensure a seamless home purchasing process, including helping clients choose mortgage options that fit their budget
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Conduct thorough property searches to identify homes that match client criteria, utilizing MLS listings and other resources
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information about each property's features and value
- Analyze local real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory to provide clients with insights and guidance
- Assist clients in preparing competitive purchase offers, considering factors like market conditions and property value
- Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms and conditions

- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation for each transaction
- Maintain regular and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their purchase
- Connect clients with mortgage professionals and provide guidance on securing financing and mortgage pre-approval
- Stay updated on market conditions, local neighborhoods, and emerging real estate trends to provide expert advice
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions, concerns, and requests promptly
- Cultivate relationships with other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
- Set and track sales goals, aiming to meet or exceed targets within specified timeframes
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car
- 1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Track record of real estate success
- Valid real estate license issued by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA)
- Demonstrated understanding of Alberta's real estate market trends, property values, and local regulations
- Proven ability to negotiate favorable deals and contracts for clients
