Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close

  • Conduct thorough property searches to identify homes that match client criteria, utilizing MLS listings and other resources

Requirements
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car
  • 1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience

  • Valid real estate license issued by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA)
