Are you passionate about guiding clients through the home buying journey?

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate sales consultant to serve as the primary contact for buyers. Your role will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the home purchasing process.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $55,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Meet with prospective buyers to understand their preferences, needs, and financial parameters.
  • Property Exploration: Conduct comprehensive searches to identify suitable properties, utilizing MLS listings and other resources.
  • Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings, providing detailed insights about each home’s features and market value.
  • Market Insights: Analyze local real estate trends and pricing to offer clients informed guidance.
  • Offer Preparation: Assist clients in crafting competitive purchase offers based on market conditions.
  • Negotiation: Represent clients in negotiations to secure favorable terms, including price and contingencies.
  • Due Diligence: Support buyers through the due diligence phase, coordinating necessary inspections and appraisals.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with real estate laws and regulations.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records for each transaction, including contracts and related documents.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about the progress of their purchase and address any questions or concerns.
  • Financial Guidance: Connect clients with mortgage professionals and assist with financing options.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about local neighborhoods and emerging trends to provide expert advice.
  • Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries.
  • Networking: Build relationships with other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Goal Orientation: Set and track sales goals, striving to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in real estate sales.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a buyer's agent or in a related field.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel.
  • Must hold a valid real estate license issued by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).
  • Strong understanding of Alberta's real estate market and regulations.
  • Proficient negotiation skills.
