Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Count Team Supervisor to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the count team, ensuring accurate and efficient cash handling procedures, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Provide direction and guidance to count team members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and objectives.
    • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Cash Handling and Operations
    • Oversee the preparation and distribution of cash and cash equivalents, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
    • Verify and reconcile cash transactions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma; post-secondary education or a suitable combination of education and experience is an asset.
    • 1+ years of experience in a leadership role or people management experience in a casino or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
    • Ability to obtain a gaming license.
Work Environment

This is a back-office environment that requires standing or sitting for long periods of time. Non-traditional work hours may be required.
