Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Provide direction and guidance to count team members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of count team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Cash Handling and Operations
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of cash and cash equivalents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify and reconcile cash transactions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to cash handling and operations.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma; post-secondary education or a suitable combination of education and experience is an asset.
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role or people management experience in a casino or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a Gaming License.
This is a back-office environment that requires standing or sitting for long periods of time. Non-traditional work hours may be required.
