About the Role

HelloFresh is seeking a seasoned customer acquisition professional to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution across paid and non-paid channels. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you will collaborate with our Acquisition, Analytics, and Product Marketing teams to establish a high-performing acquisition engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition and growth strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Partner with the North American online marketing team to deliver ambitious growth in the Canadian market
  • Develop, recommend, and drive forward marketing campaigns across various paid and organic channels
  • Maintain and steer a substantial marketing budget
  • Take a strategic approach to leading and optimizing channels to meet CAC, ROI, and budget goals
  • Proactively identify and implement data-driven optimizations on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborate with teams spanning Customer Acquisition, Analytics, Product Marketing, Brand, and Business Development functions
  • Manage, support, and mentor 1-2 direct reports
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years of professional experience with real and consistent results in a performance marketing role
  • Obsessed with growth marketing strategy and not afraid to get into the weeds
  • Innovative and solutions-oriented, with a keen ability to develop new ways of approaching complex problems
  • Outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and a keen ability to ruthlessly prioritize
  • Data-driven, with a track record of advising and guiding based on data-driven metrics
  • Persistent and have a bias-to-action, with a track record of performance
  • Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter who takes initiative
  • A marketing strategist with a proven track record in scaling brands and robust playbooks of available optimization and growth levers
