Marketing Manager - Digital Growth

Our client, a leading platform for managing personal, business and tax finances, is seeking a Marketing Manager - Digital Growth to join their team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This role will work as an individual contributor within the marketing group to drive stronger customer engagement & acquisition through paid search channels to help fuel growth for their business, working in close collaboration with internal teams, vendors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEM strategies to drive business performance
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns and focus on personalization to achieve target KPIs and maximize ROI within weekly budget constraints
  • Deliver detailed, actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive business performance
  • Conduct keyword research, technical, content and SEM audits, and produce optimization recommendations to improve campaign performance on an ongoing basis
  • Develop and test new campaigns that target users and improve overall marketing efficiencies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams - Analytics, Tech, Business Ops in particular to maintain & enhance digital media measurement framework
  • Have a strong analytical approach to acquisition funnel metrics, measurement, and campaign performance and maintain a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape

Requirements:

  • Proven experience running performance marketing campaigns through digital, including SEM, and driving performance through optimized customer experiences
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with preference for Google Ads certifications in Fundamentals, Search and Mobile Advertising
  • Experience with monitoring and analyzing web analytics and campaign performance using tools like GA4, FireBase, Adobe & others
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional and measurable performance results through digital marketing efforts
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Statistics required
  • Min 7+ years of Paid Search experience in leveraging data to drive business results (hands-on experience preferred)
