Growth Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue for our business.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid role that requires you to work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Work closely with our product team to develop marketing strategies that align with our product roadmap.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices and apply this knowledge to our marketing efforts.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the B2B technology space.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, such as Eloqua, and experience with Salesforce and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
