Growth Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue for our business.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid role that requires you to work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, working with our marketing automation platform, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
- Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies
- Work closely with our content team to develop high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth marketing and campaign execution
- Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and their applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
