We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Global Trading Network Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and electronic enquiries, and relay messages to relevant personnel.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in administrative procedures, communication, and data management.
