We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Tino's Carpet & Duct Cleaning.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position offering an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases, perform data entry, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Recruit and hire workers, conduct performance reviews, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Manage contracts, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
