Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in a busy property developer office located in the heart of Victoria. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing reception duties, including greeting clients and colleagues, and managing phone calls and emails
  • Scheduling meetings and distributing meeting materials
  • Maintaining office tidiness and ensuring that supplies are ordered as needed
  • Preparing team lunches and coordinating logistics
  • Assisting with financial tasks and other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
