About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Shree Khodiyar Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to prepare high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet health and safety standards.

Staff Development

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and advance in their careers.

Customer Service

Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, with the ability to plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers.

Leadership

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and train staff.

Communication

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.

Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
