We are seeking a professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our reputable client's team.
Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients and visitors in both English and French, answering and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently, managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable, scheduling appointments and managing calendars, maintaining and updating office records and databases, and assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and French, previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
