**Responsibilities**

  • May have multi-country account responsibility.
  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers.
  • Continually seek opportunities to expand the share of wallet.
  • The key account role is responsible for the growth and profitability of its portfolio of accounts assigned to him/her.
  • Utilize sales tools such as Microsoft Office and Sales CRM.
  • Follow defined sales process.

**Requirements**

  • Strategic thinker to meet client objectives and drive business results.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office in both Mac and PC environments.
  • Communicate internally with key stakeholders and groups to ensure a great customer experience.

**Education and Experience**

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 5-10 years' experience in sales and customer relations preferred.
