Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at SinglePoint Group International. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and market products and services to new and existing customers
  • Assist with customer-related payment solutions and account discrepancies
  • Document customer accounts accurately
  • Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
  • Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations
Requirements:
  • Must bring your own device
  • Support Windows 10 (1803 or higher)
  • Have at least 8GB of RAM (memory)
  • Have at least 500GB of free space (storage/HDD)
  • Minimum internet speed at least 10mbps
  • Webcam
  • Ability to work independently and within a team and maintain accuracy
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Strong organizational and active listening skills to determine the appropriate course of action
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
