About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Bay Street Group Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and identify workers' training needs.
  • Customer Service: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff, and co-ordinate, assign, and review work.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office.
