Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
    • Develop and implement effective team strategies to improve customer service and sales performance
    • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their customer service skills
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on customer service metrics and sales performance
    • Analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement

    Requirements
    • Education
      • College/CEGEP degree in a related field
    • Experience
      • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service role
    • Skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to lead and motivate a team
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      • Proficiency in MS Office
