Job Summary:

The Customer Accounts Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Identify workers' training needs
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
