We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Bay Street Group Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our customer service department and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity
- Examine and verify the accuracy of work to ensure high-quality service
- Identify training needs and provide coaching to staff to improve performance
- Prepare and submit reports to management on departmental performance
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance
- Recruit and hire staff to meet departmental needs
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
