Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Bay Street Group Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our customer service department and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work to ensure high-quality service
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching to staff to improve performance
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on departmental performance
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet departmental needs
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
