Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Resolve product and service-related problems, provide customer service, and ensure that customer complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals, and provide feedback to team members to help them improve their performance.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support the business.
  • Employee Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
Work Environment

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and team members on a daily basis. You will be required to work a 35-hour workweek, with occasional overtime as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
