About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Anew Centre for Healing Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership and support to ensure the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Coordinate the hiring process, including interviewing and selecting candidates
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns
  • Benefits and Compensation
    • Administer and manage employee benefits, including health, dental, and vision plans
    • Develop and implement compensation strategies to ensure fair and competitive pay
  • Training and Development
    • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Identify and implement opportunities for employee growth and development
  • Policy and Procedure Development
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on policy and procedure implementation
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Develop and maintain HR reports and analytics to inform business decisions
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on HR-related matters
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
