Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure optimal team performance
    • Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements
    • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions, and company policies
  • Candidate Management
    • Review candidate inventories to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
    • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and schedule meetings
    • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers
  • HR Support
    • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
    • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive work environment
    • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Skills

    • Proficiency in MS Word and other relevant software
