Store Manager

At NAPA Auto Parts, we're seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store budgets, and ensuring compliance with operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Foster a culture of respect and accountability, providing excellent customer service and support sales growth through effective teamwork and communication.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, optimize financial results, and take necessary steps to improve financial performance.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and motivate team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in the B2B industry or in-store operations, including 3 years in a personnel management position.
- Education: College diploma or equivalent work experience in business administration.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
