Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Scorteus Leather Store. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
