Claims Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training materials for the Claims department
- Modify training initiatives based on the needs of participants
- Offer constructive feedback for course enhancements
- Assist trainees with inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Work alongside subject matter experts for content accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Learning and Development, with a minimum of 6 years in a leadership role
- Background in consulting and performance enhancement
- Skills in project management and data analysis
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
- Prior experience in Claims and familiarity with learning management systems
