Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Training and Education Specialist to join our dynamic team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in identifying and addressing areas for improvement in our Claims Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed file reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and deliver educational materials in virtual and traditional classroom environments
  • Collaborate with the Director of Quality Assurance and Claims Excellence to design and implement training programs
  • Participate in and contribute to Ad Hoc Audit requests, special projects, and vendor management

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
  • Completed or working towards the CIP designation
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required
  • Minimum 10 years of multi-line claims and/or claims auditing experience with a specialization in Accident Benefits
  • Prior Adult Learning experience, including all phases of the Learning Cycle
  • Prior Claims Management experience is an asset
