Position Overview:

The Senior Director of Sales Operations Strategy at Women in Payments plays a pivotal role within the organization, reporting directly to the VP of Sales Operations and working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer. This position is highly visible and essential in shaping and implementing the Sales Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders across various global GTM functions and the broader cross-functional organization to pinpoint optimization opportunities and address gaps, providing solutions while overseeing project management and execution of priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify optimization opportunities and gaps across GTM divisions through quantitative and qualitative insights to drive strategic solutions.
  • Define metrics and leading indicators of business performance to proactively identify areas of opportunity and risk.
  • Develop recommendations for leadership regarding resource allocation decisions and GTM competitive strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to establish strategic goals and execute key initiatives.
  • Enhance the Sales knowledge base by working with Sales Enablement and other GTM roles to update documentation.
  • Lead AI initiatives related to GTM strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage with Executives and Senior Leaders to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Refine the Sales Productivity model and support planning and field resource effectiveness.
  • Drive competitive intelligence and strategy definition across industry verticals.
  • Manage ad hoc sales projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or business; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in sales and go-to-market strategy, preferably in a high-growth fintech environment.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams while driving high-impact initiatives.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented team leader with a 'Get Stuff Done' mentality.
  • Ability to innovate and implement new processes for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
  • Proficient in data analysis to make informed recommendations and develop actionable plans.
  • Deep understanding of processes and product domain.
  • Skilled in developing Executive-level presentation content.
