  • Oversee the department's financial resources, ensuring effective allocation and achievement of fiscal targets.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate departmental success. Initiate enhancements and corrective measures when warranted.
  • Engage with other department leaders and executives to ensure cohesive operations and strategic alignment.

Qualifications:
