Position Overview:

The Senior Director of Sales Operations Strategy at Women in Payments plays a pivotal role within the organization, directly reporting to the VP of Sales Operations and working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer. This position is highly visible and essential in shaping and implementing the Sales Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across various global GTM functions and the broader cross-functional organization to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify areas for enhancement and gaps within GTM divisions using both quantitative and qualitative insights to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Establish metrics and leading indicators of business performance to proactively pinpoint opportunities and risks.
  • Formulate recommendations for leadership regarding resource allocation and GTM competitive strategies.
  • Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to define strategic objectives and implement key initiatives.
  • Enhance the Sales knowledge base by partnering with Sales Enablement and other GTM roles to update necessary documentation.
  • Lead AI initiatives related to GTM strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage with Executives and Senior Leaders to influence strategic decision-making processes.
  • Refine the Sales Productivity model and support planning and field resource effectiveness.
  • Drive competitive intelligence and strategy formulation across various industry verticals.
  • Manage ad hoc sales projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • 12+ years of experience in sales and go-to-market strategy, ideally within a high-growth fintech context.
  • Proven project and time management capabilities.
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams while driving impactful initiatives.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented leader with a strong 'Get Stuff Done' mindset.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative approaches for ongoing efficiency and scalability.
  • Skilled in data analysis to provide informed recommendations and create actionable plans.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of processes and product domains.
  • Proficient in creating Executive-level presentation materials.
