Job Title: Revenue Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Revenue Administrator to join our team at GreenWin. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing rent collection, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain current/past tenant accounts
  • Maintain an effective system of managing rent collection, including preparing notices and following up on tenant compliance
  • Maintain and reconcile rent roll and resident ledger accounts
  • Reconcile and post month-end functions, including gross potential rent and preauthorized payments
  • Prepare and input tenant adjustments and amendments
  • Prepare rent increase notices, including executing AGI orders and tax decreases

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience in property management, an asset
  • Customer service experience required
  • Knowledge of Yardi 7S and MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to set priorities and remain focused on achieving tasks
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Customer service oriented, with a high response time and ability to remain courteous at all times
