About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing hotel performance across multiple properties in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret business analytics to inform revenue management strategies and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement revenue management plans to maximize room revenue and total revenue.
  • Manage inventory and pricing strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy.
  • Lead revenue management meetings and collaborate with hotel teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with operations to implement new initiatives and measure results.
  • Engage with external partners, including OTA market managers and corporate marketing teams, to drive revenue growth and optimize marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel operations and/or finance and accounting.
  • Multiple hotel revenue management experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to condense complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
