About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Mod Op as an Account Manager. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business of our most trusted client accounts, providing exceptional and attentive client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Work closely with our Digital Marketing team to develop and deploy digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Relevant post-secondary education, ideally in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
