Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the accounting team, ensuring the effective management of financial operations.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decision-making.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Internal Controls: Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial leadership and management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic guidance.
  • Certifications: CPA designation or equivalent.
