Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role. The successful candidate will assist Account Executives, Associate Account Executives, and Brokers on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve clients and undertaking client-facing, market-facing, and internal activities related to these processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing key processes that serve clients, including client onboarding, account management, and renewal processes.
- Undertake client-facing, market-facing, and internal activities related to these processes, including communication with clients and insurers.
- Perform general account functions, including miscellaneous office duties in support of client servicing.
- Manage open items and respond to client or insurer ad-hoc requests.
- Actively manage and support the Aon 120-day renewal process.
- Coordinate activities of the client service team and Aon Client Services (ACS) to ensure that key processes assigned are performed effectively.
- Understand and work in alignment with the Aon Leadership Model and its pillars of Client Value, Unmatched Teams, Innovation, Results, and Values.
Requirements
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Must hold a Broker's license, or to be obtained within 4 months of start date.
- Exemplary communication skills and ability to maintain rapport and open, effective communication with clients and insurers.
