Job Summary

The Account Supervisor will play a key role in managing and supporting day-to-day account operations, creative asset management, and execution for a global beverage brand. This position will require strong relationships with agency partners and clients, as well as the ability to support the development of junior members on the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, Planning, and Production, to develop strategic and creative solutions.
  • Lead secondary elements of campaign deliverables independently, with selective oversight from a senior account lead.
  • Develop and maintain brand/product knowledge, including product features, pricing, benefits, and competitive advantage.
  • Champion agency understanding of the competitive landscape, competitive ad reviews, program assessments, and marketplace trends.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to ensure adherence to strategy and client/brand standards.
  • Lead weekly status meetings with internal and client teams.
  • Develop and deliver tactical briefs and post reports.
  • Collaborate with integration partners on creative production.
  • Guide and oversee assigned project budgets.
  • Provide input, consultation, and cooperation with other agency and client partners.
  • Support and facilitate the growth of junior team members, leading by example.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of agency account management experience.
  • Ability to manage process and teams with selective involvement from a senior account lead.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently complete assigned tasks successfully and on-time.
  • Ability to manage and support multiple projects, prioritizing and adjusting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good interpersonal ability.
  • Demonstrates initiative and is proactive.
  • Organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong team mentality, with the ability to function at a high level in both lead and support roles.
  • Creative, quick, and conceptual thinker and problem solver.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with strict deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of various executional channels, including video, social, and digital.
