Job Title: Senior Manager, Customer Lifecycle Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Customer Lifecycle Marketing to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy that effectively engages, informs, and nurtures relationships for our investment products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that drives customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement best-in-class marketing strategies that drive customer value and loyalty
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product teams, marketing specialists, and external partners
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI
  • Oversee the briefing and delivery of high-quality, engaging content consistent with our brand voice across multiple channels
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the engagement team to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative and creative work environment

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of relevant CRM, CBM, or lifecycle marketing experience with a proven track record in developing and executing scalable campaigns that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and exceed business results
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with CRM principles, best practices, and tools to drive success
  • Ambition and humility, with a strong understanding of various marketing channels and the ability to identify actionable insights
  • Ability to collaborate and listen, with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize complex projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for organization and attention to detail
  • Keen interest in or experience in the financial services and/or investment industry, with a solid understanding of how to build trust and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
