About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to join our team at Scene+. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic Lifecycle Marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Lead Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic Lifecycle Marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, social media, and customer journeys.
    • Take ownership of driving the overall member journey map and exploring ways to leverage member data effectively to boost loyalty among our members.
  • Channel Automation and Efficiency
    • Identify opportunities to automate campaign processes within the CRM systems and with partners for increased efficiency.
    • Track and analyze campaign results, deriving actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and program returns over time.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
    • Work closely with technical development teams or external agencies to support developing and managing project delivery plans and milestones.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define Lifecycle Marketing objectives, target segments, messaging, and desired outcomes.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Communication
    • Foster effective stakeholder communication, including cross-functional teams, senior management, and external partners.
    • Provide regular updates on campaign performance, seek feedback, and address any concerns or issues that arise.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Developed innovative and personalized channel marketing initiatives to set Scene+ apart, resonate with customers, and drive positive results.
    • Has a deep understanding of developing and executing scalable Lifecycle Marketing campaigns from end to end.
  • Knowledge
    • Successfully navigated loyalty program dynamics and customized strategies.
    • Understands how loyalty programs operate and how to align CRM channel strategies to enhance member engagement and increase customer loyalty.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Has in-depth knowledge of CRM principles and best practices, using CRM tools and platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or CDP to effectively create customer lifecycle marketing plans and to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and journeys.
  • Leadership
    • Has experience overseeing team building and implementing marketing initiatives, guiding their work, and staying involved as a creative and strategic thought leader.
  • Drive
    • Takes a strategic approach to aligning business objectives with Lifecycle Marketing initiatives that leverage customer data, segmentations, and targeting techniques to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Project Management Skills
    • Can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing resources, generating reports, and maintaining communication.
