Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Yatin's Kitchen Inc. as a key member of our kitchen operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Menu Planning: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Quality Control: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient and effective interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent oral communication skills to effectively convey information and ideas.
