About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at Yatin's Kitchen Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Staff Performance: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and guidance to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Daily Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Staff Recruitment and Scheduling: Recruit, train, and schedule staff to meet the needs of the restaurant.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant maintains a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms for food and other supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
