About Yatin's Kitchen Inc.

We are a dynamic and growing restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Analysis and Management

Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profitability.

Staff Performance Monitoring

Regularly assess staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure high standards are met.

Daily Operations Planning

Develop and implement operational plans to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.

Staff Recruitment and Scheduling

Recruit, train, and schedule staff to meet business needs, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing labor costs.

Customer Service and Relations

Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and providing a positive dining experience.

Health and Safety Compliance

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Supplier Negotiations

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food, beverages, and other essential supplies.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success.

Language

Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
