Key Responsibilities- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Client focus: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Efficient interpersonal skills: Build strong relationships with staff, management, and customers.
- Excellent oral communication: Clearly convey information and instructions to staff and customers.
