Restaurant Manager Job Description

Yatin's Kitchen Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to boost profits.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for food and other essential supplies.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • College or CEGEP education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
