Project Management Coordinator

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities- Site Management: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of our site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our construction work meets the required standards.
- Health and Safety: Implement and maintain a safe working environment for all site staff and visitors.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to our management team on site progress, issues, and concerns.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
